I live 20 minutes away from this place so it's not like it's about convenience factor here, it's about the dedicated, attentive, and efficient staff, the excellent food options (only place I've ever been able to get pancakes with my egg and potato dish without paying extra!!) and casual but warm/welcoming feel! “ Best grilled cheese ever! However the chili was barely warm. We were sat right away. Gave our drink order which we never got. Didn't even get water. Waters was slow to come take out order. When we toss her we never got our drinks she ran off to investigate instead of just taking our drink order with our food order. So service was quite poor in my opinion. But we will go again because we loved the grilled cheese. Very low key type restaurant. Nothing special about decor or seating. ”

We ordered the Reindeer Sausage and Cheese Skillet with Scrambled Eggs with a side of pancakes. As we waited on our food we could see the friendly staff busily taking care of other customers. Noise level is average. Pricing as expected for Alaska. Food was quickly brought out. We enjoyed our meal and would come back if ever in the area. ”

“ Classic no frills dining, very fast service, good food, nothing incredible but if you're looking for good solid breakfast fare this is the place for you. Big portions offering things like French toast as a side replacement! No views or anything special just the bare necessities. Prices were reasonable as well. As an aside I had the crab Benedict and while good the crab could have been firmer/more cooked, and the home fries were maybe a touch under seasoned for my taste. I may go with the hashed browns next time. ”
“ Fantastic breakfast food! It really doesn't look like much from the outside but I promise, you'll walk out a happy customer! It seems to be a local favorite. There were a lot of regulars the morning I was there. We began with fresh coffee and went straight to ordering our food. We wanted to try a lil bit of everything so we ordered a Western Omelette (ham, grilled onions, green pepper and cheese, $15.25) with a side of pancakes (+$0.00), the Pigs in the Blanket (3 sausage links wrapped with pancakes, literally, $13.45) with a side of home fries ($5.50) and gravy ($2.95). All of it was PHENOMENAL. The omelette was FAT. Generously stuffed with the goods and cooked to tasty perfection. A whole lot of flavor, 100% recommend. The home fries were so yummy. Lots of garlic flavor and crispy fried delish! The real winner was the Pigs in a Blanket! They were so damn good, especially with the apple pie filling that's served with it (yes! Actual pie filling. It's heavenly). ”
